Peter Pesoli, a native Austinite, has built his career at the intersection of construction and public service. He grew up in a family rooted in education, with his mother founding Austin Montessori School and his father serving as a professor at St. Edward’s University.

Peter began working on houses at 16, quickly developing a hands-on understanding of construction. By 21, he had already purchased and remodeled his first two investment properties, laying the foundation for his future in real estate. He later dedicated 20 years to the Austin Fire Department, serving the community while continuing to refine his building expertise.

He earned his real estate license in 1989 and is a licensed broker in Texas. He has since purchased, remodeled, and sold more than 500 homes across the Austin area. In 2018, his wife Daliah joined the business as Project Manager and Designer, bringing a fresh design perspective to each renovation. With a deep passion for construction and a commitment to quality, Peter approaches every project with care, precision, and a focus on building well-crafted homes.
